dTravellingTurtles

Dr. Rajani Rao along with like-minded friends founded this initiative to inspire mindful travel, care for the planet, and a spirit of exploration.

About

dTravellingTurtles, an initiative by Prakruthi Foundation, was created to make travel more meaningful and mindful. It draws from ancient Indian wisdom to encourage conscious travel, environmental care, and cultural awareness.

We’re a group of friends who have 3 decades of travel experience both within India and outside, plus doing immersive expeditions.

The insightful books are written by her and workshops are conducted both offline and online, offering experiences that blend exploration with responsibility. Whether you're passionate about nature, curious about culture, or eager to travel with purpose, dTravellingTurtles invites you to journey with care and curiosity.

Who we Are?

dTravellingTurtles was founded by a group of like-minded friends who share a deep gratitude for nature, travel, and people. Guided by curiosity and care for the planet, we believe that every journey should be intentional—enriching both the traveler and the world around them.

Dr. Rajani Rao - a traveler and writer inspires others to explore with purpose, fostering meaningful connections with people, cultures, and the environment. Together, we’re on a journey to explore mindfully, connect meaningfully, and share stories that bring us closer to the earth and each other.
